Your Attensi username will be a combination of your Zenoti username plus a prefix depending on your salon brand and location. Refer to the information on this page based on your specific situation to figure out what your Attensi username is.

If you know what your Zenoti username is
If you already know what your Zenoti username is, follow the instructions that apply to you below.
Supercuts Users
- Enter the company code “Supercuts” if prompted
- Select the Username and Password option
- Your username will be your Zenoti Username plus a prefix following the directions below
- 🇺🇸 If you are in the US: use "supercuts–" before your username example: "supercuts-zenotiusername"
- 🇨🇦 If you are in Canada: use "regisca–" before your username example: "regisca-zenotiusername"
Your username must be entered in lowercase characters. Do not capitalize any characters in your username.
For all other brands
- Enter the company code “Education Playground US” if prompted
- Select the Username and Password option
- Your username will be your Zenoti Username plus a prefix depending on your salon brand

example: if you are a Cost Cutters employee, your Attensi username would be “costcutters-” plus your Zenoti username → “costcutters-zenotiusername”

If you don’t know what your Zenoti username is
Your Zenoti username is what you use to log in to the Point-of-sale in the salon. If you forgot what your Zenoti username is, you can ask your manager to look it up for you following these steps:
- Log onto the Zenoti portal and navigate to the Employee page
- Select Employees
- Select the name you want to look up the username for
- Navigate to the Login Info section to view the username
Only your manager or owner (or other user with equivalent permissions) can look up your username if you forgot it.
