If a journey is locked, you need to complete another journey before it is unlocked. To identify what journey is gating the availability of another journey:
- Expand a locked journey (indicated by the lock icon at the top left of a journey and a “greyed-out” appearance), then select the info icon (indicated by the “i” icon below the dropdown icon at the top right of a journey)

- Observe the message at the bottom of the pop-out to determine what journey needs to be completed

To complete a journey, you must:
- View all content in the journey (PDFs, Videos, etc.)
- Certify in each SKILLS module (requires 4 out of 5 stars)
Even if a product is not defined as “mandatory” it will still need to be completed in order to fulfill the requirements of unlocking a journey

Once all the above is fulfilled, the locked journey will be available.
