Reset your password
- At the login page, select the Username and Password option
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter the phone number you use to log in and select Send Link
Don’t forget to include your country code prefix “+1” (ex. +1XXXXXXXXXXX)
Enter the phone number without hyphens or parentheses
- You will be sent a text with a link to reset your password. Select the link.
- Enter your new password and select Reset the password
You will then be able to log in via the Username and password log in option with your new password.
Accessing your account without a password
Using a password is only applicable when using the Username and Password login option. When logging in via the Mobile number option, existing users can log in without a password by sending a one-time code via a text message sent to the number they registered during account creation.
