All user data in Attensi is synced from Zenoti, so if there is an employee showing in the admin panel in Attensi, it is due to settings applied to users in Zenoti.

I have access to the Zenoti center
In order to remove an employee from Attensi, an owner (or user with similar permissions) must set termination dates in Zenoti for any employee no longer with the company. After a termination date is set for a user in Zenoti, they should be removed from the list of users in Attensi the following day.

I no longer have access to the Zenoti center
In some cases, access to a center in Zenoti is lost before the full employee cleanup process is completed. When this happens, employees may remain in an active state in Zenoti’s backend, even though they are no longer visible to you in the Zenoti interface. This results in the employee continuing to appear as active in Attensi.
Best practice: always ensure all employees are properly termed before losing access to a center in Zenoti.
