Completion is the measure of progress a user has made on SKILLS training modules or videos.
For SKILLS games, 100% completion in a module is 5 stars, 80% is 4 stars, and so on. A user can be certified without having a 100% completion.
For mandatory videos, 100% completion is recorded only when the user has watched a video through to the end.
Progress on videos does not relate to the amount of time the video was watched. For example, if a user has only watched halfway through a video and then exited, it will not be marked as 50% complete in the dashboard.
