Attensi is making updates to the Completion Dashboard in MANAGER to make it faster, stronger, and more flexible. Here are the key initiatives they have announced:
- Faster load times and force refresh: No more waiting the 60-90 minutes for completion data to be reflected
- Custom views support: You'll be able to save commonly used views
- Deeper analytics: More custom ways to cut up the data, such as viewing completion on a journey level
- Easier UI: A more space-efficient interface
- Easier to add new features: Going forward our pace of development will increase with this web-based version
As of today, the new dashboard view is now available for anyone with access to the Dashboard in MANAGER. Users can try it out by clicking the “Check out the new Dashboard” button on the current dashboard page.
Over the coming weeks, users can switch between the current and new views. After this period, the old version will be retired (estimated the end of April), and we will fully transition to the new dashboard.
Important Note: The new version is still being refined. Some adjustments are ongoing, so the existing dashboard should remain the source of truth for data. For now, you can use the new dashboard primarily to familiarize yourself with the layout until otherwise confirmed.
Documentation and guidance will be provided in advance of the official transition to support the move to the new dashboard, along with a confirmed transition date.
