(✅ Resolved) Delays in Certification Status Updates

A fix for certification status delays is live; you may need to restart your app or clear your cache to see the update.

Update

Our platform partner, Attensi, has released a fix for the issue that was causing delays in certification statuses within Education Playground. While the solution is active, some devices may hold onto old data, preventing you from seeing the update.

Action Required to See the Fix

A simple restart of the SKILLS app or your web browser will often resolve this. If the issue persists, please clear your cache:

  • SKILLS App:
    • iPhone: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > SKILLS > Offload App, then reinstall
    • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > SKILLS > Storage > Clear cache.

Alternatively, you can delete and redownload the app

  • Desktop Browsers:
    • Use the "Clear Browse Data" option in your browser's settings to clear "Cached images and files".
