Currently, the ability to mark specific content as "mandatory" is managed at a global level to ensure consistency. The platform does not currently have a feature that allows individual owners or multi-unit leaders to assign specific videos or other content to their staff directly.
How to Manage Your Team's Progress
While you cannot "lock in" specific assignments through the platform yet, you can still manage your local training requirements:
- Communicate Locally: Notify your stylists and staff of the specific videos or modules you expect them to complete by a certain date.
- Track Completion: Use the Attensi Reporting Dashboard to monitor their progress and verify that they have finished the requested content.
