If you work in a Supercuts and a different brand (ex. SmartStyle), you may be able to access different versions of the Education Playground. View the video or follow the steps below to switch between the two portals easily.
You must have two separate Zenoti accounts in both organization in order to be able to switch between brands
Setup
- While logged in to Education Playground, select the Menu in the top right corner
- From the dropdown menu, select the first option — this will be the name of the portal you are currently logged into (i.e. “Education Playground US” or “Supercuts”)
- Select Add Company
- You will be redirected to the login screen — select the switch brands button (the icon is two opposite facing arrows)
- On the page prompting you to enter your company name or code, enter the name of the other version of Education Playground you want to access
- If you are currently logged into Education Playground US → enter “Supercuts”
- If you are currently logged into Supercuts → enter “Education Playground US”
- Proceed to either:
- Register (see: Creating an Account) as a new user if you are logging in for the first time, or
- Log In (see: How do I log in with an Existing Account) if you have previously accessed the portal
Tip: select the Remember me option when logging in. This will allow you to bypass the login page when accessing Education Playground on the same device.
Switching Brands after Setup
Once you are logged in to the other version of Education Playground, you may switch between both portals
- Select the Menu in the top right corner
- From the dropdown menu, select the first option (name of the version you are currently logged in to)
- From this dropdown, select the other version of Education Playground you want to access
- You will be redirected to that portal
If you are ever logged out of either versions of Education Playground powered by Attensi, you may need to repeat the Setup steps in order to have access to both portals via the quick switch functionality
