Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard in the Attensi ADMIN panel is an interactive management dashboard for tracking training participation and completion for all content in Portal. The Dashboard automatically adjust the user data available based on role, so that a manager can only see employees below their levels of the organization.

How often is the Dashboard refreshed?
Dashboard is refreshed 8 times a day. The latest refresh time is displayed on the bottom of the dashboard frame
What does the status bar on top show?
The two status bars at the top of the screen give you an overview of the training completion across the organization. Notice that the status bars at the top will update based on the filters selected.
What does "started training" show?
Started training shows you how many of the users have started to play, calculated as having at least one playthrough of SKILLS content.
What does "training completion" show?
Training completion shows you how many percentages of the training assigned to users have been completed. For Attensi products, this is based on certified status often set as 4+ stars.
What does "mandatory completion" show?
Mandatory completion shows you how many percentages of the mandatory training assigned to your users that have been completed.
What does the column "First Play" mean?
This is the date of the first time a user completed the content item in its entirety. Score does not matter.
Why is the % of complete in Portal different than in Dashboard?
In Portal, the completion status of the user is based on how many of their products have been completed. In Dashboard, this is based on how many of the scenarios that have been completed.
