Preview the new capabilities and improvements of the Attensi Completion Dashboard

We are thrilled to introduce a preview of the new Attensi Completion Dashboard! This updated tool is designed to be faster, stronger, and more flexible, giving you the actionable insights you need to manage your team's training effectively.

ℹ️

The new version is still being refined, and some adjustments are ongoing. The existing dashboard should remain your official source of truth for data. For now, please use this new dashboard primarily to familiarize yourself with the layout and new features!

Accessing the New Dashboard

As of today, the new dashboard view is available for anyone with access to the Dashboard in MANAGER. Over the coming weeks, you can seamlessly switch between the current and new views.

To access the preview, simply visit the current dashboard and click the "Check out the new dashboard!" button located at the top left of your screen.

Faster Load Times & Manual Refresh

Say goodbye to waiting 60 to 90 minutes for completion data to reflect on your screen! The new web-based dashboard features significantly shorter refresh times.

  • Real-Time Data: Updates are now much closer to live time.
  • Manual Refresh: You can instantly view when the data was last synced in the top right corner. If you need the absolute latest numbers, simply click the circular arrows to manually force a refresh.

The Three Main Views

The new layout reorganizes your data to make it easier to digest. You can now switch between three distinct tabs to change your data view

Track and monitor training progress on an individual level. This tab displays high-level metrics for your team, including:

  • Engagement Rate: Employees who have started training or logged activity.
  • Training Completion Rate: Certified assignments across every user-module combination.
  • Mandatory Certified Rate: Employees who have completed all mandatory content.

Additionally, you can select an employee from the list to dig into their specific completion progress.
