Certificates are earned for completing certain training or journeys in Education Playground. These could be viewed in Attensi or downloaded and printed.
How to view certificates
- Select the menu in the top right of PORTAL
- Select Your profile
- Any available certificates will show under Certificates
Earned vs unearned certificates
Unearned certicates will display grey while earned certificates will display gold. Selecting an unearned certificate will display the criteria that must be completed to earn it.
There may be SKILLS content that must be completed ahead of the product linked to the certificate. Please visit the journey associated with the title of the certificate if the linked content displays as locked.
How to download/print certificates
- Follow the steps above of how to view certificates and select the earned certificate.
- The certificate will display as well as options to print or download the certificate as a PDF (this may vary on device)
