I forgot my username and password

If you’ve logged in to Attensi before, you may use the Cell Number login option to access Attensi without entering your username and password.

Select the Cell Number option

Enter the phone number you set during account creation and select Send Code

A one-time-password will be texted to the phone number you entered

Once received, enter the code

Tip: select the Remember me option when logging in. This will allow you to bypass the login page when accessing Education Playground on the same device.

Alternatively, if you are required to log in using your username and password, please follow the steps on How to reset password

Cell number log in option for returning users

I forgot or lost access to my account phone number

If you lost access to your phone number or forgot what phone number you used during account creation, and need to log in to Attensi, you can use the Username and Password option, using the password you set when creating an account for the first time. From there, you can change your account’s phone number following the instructions here: How to change or add account phone number
