Attensi user data is one-way synced from Zenoti → Attensi. This means a user’s access in Attensi is established off of a user’s designations in Zenoti.
The following rules apply to Attensi user permissions:
- The amount of visibility a user has of a franchise organization is limited to one of two scenarios:
- A user can see all salons in an organization
- A user can see a single salon in an organization (their designated primary center in Zenoti)
- Only Attensi users that have Multi-Unit Leader/Owner or Salon Manager positions can view the franchise org (all salons)
If you would like to provide an employee additional access to salons in your organization, you will need to assign them to a Multi-Unit Leader or Salon Manager role in Zenoti. Some of these include:
- Salon Manager
- General Manager
- Area Supervisor
- District Leader
- District Manager
- Senior District Leader
- Director of Salon Operations
- Director of Operations
Please keep in mind the following before making this change to your employee's record in Zenoti:
- This will allow your user to view in Attensi all salons in your organization - we can not provide individual access to single locations
- After you make the change in Zenoti, it will take effect in Attensi the following day
