How do I remove an employee from my list of users?

Want to know how to remove an employee from Attensi or want to know why they are showing up in the first place?

All user data in Attensi is synced from Zenoti, so if there is an employee showing in the admin on Attensi, it is due to settings applied to the user in Zenoti. In order to remove a user from Attensi, you must set a termination date for the employee in Zenoti.

User data is synced from Zenoti once per day at 1:30AM, so changes you make in Zenoti will take effect in Attensi the following day.

 

Any user who has a termination date set will be “deactivated”, but not immediately deleted from Attensi. After a grace period of 90 days passes, the user and all of their data will be anonymized and removed/deleted from your list of users in Attensi. During the 90-day deactivation period, the user will not show in your default list of “active” users, but can still be viewed if the “Inactive” filter is applied.

The purpose of the 90 day “deactivation” period prior to deletion is so that if a user is accidentally terminated in Zenoti, they won’t lose any of their data if they are deemed active again before 90 days.

⚠️

If a user accidentally has a termination date set for them in Zenoti, their Attensi data can still be restored if the termination date is removed before 90 days passes
