This article is only applicable to franchise owners with employees existing in the RegisCA Zenoti org
You may have employees who are associated with a non-Supercuts salon in Zenoti, but still need access to Supercuts training. These may be employees who work across multiple brands - one of those being Supercuts. In order to provide this access, you must add a Tag to the user in Zenoti.
Users who are already associated with a Supercuts salon in Zenoti do not need this tag applied, as they will automatically have access to the Supercuts training in Attensi
Follow the steps below to provide an employee access to Supercuts training content in Attensi by adding the “Supercuts” Tag in Zenoti.
Only owners (or other users with owner permissions) can add tags to employees.
- In Zenoti, navigate to the appropriate “Center level view” where the employee record exists
- Select the Employee option in the sidebar
- Select Employees from the pop-out menu
- Select an employee name from the list you want to add tags to
- Navigate to Search Tag under the “Preferences” section
- Select the box to view the dropdown of tag options
- Apply the appropriate tags for the employee following the guide below:

Only apply tags to an employee if they have one of the specific use cases above. Tags are only for unique requirements and should not be used for any reasons outside the established use cases.
- Select Save button to apply your changes
- The employee will have an “Additional Position” listed to their employee record in Attensi
User data is synced from Zenoti once per day at 1:30AM, so changes made in Zenoti will take effect in Attensi the following day.
