Why is a new employee not displaying in my list of users?

Find out why a new employee may not be immediately showing up in Attensi.

User data is synced from Zenoti once per day at 1:30AM, so changes made in Zenoti will take effect in Attensi the following day. If a user is created in Zenoti the day before and still does not appear in your list of users in Attensi the following day, please contact support to assist in investigating the missing user.
