All user data in Attensi is synced from Zenoti, so if there is a salon showing in the admin panel in Attensi, it is due to settings applied to users in Zenoti. In order to remove a salon from Attensi that is no longer relevant, an owner must do the following in Zenoti:
- Disassociate any active employees with that salon (”center”)
- Set termination dates for any employees no longer with the company
After those steps are taken, please contact support and request that the salon be removed.
It may take up to 90 days before the salon no longer displays in the admin panel
